Renovation and demolition of the former 280,000 s.f. industrial building, creating two 60,000 s.f. loft office spaces. Siteworks and construction of a 135,000 s.f. grocery anchored retail centre.
Eastgate Square, Hamilton
Re-positioning of an enclosed shopping centre in Hamilton. Work included negotiating new traffic signal in conjunction with the reconstruction of the City transit facility, interior and exterior upgrades, new anchor tenant, redemise of a former anchor tenant into several LNM tenants and new common area.
Centre on Barton, Hamilton
Demolition of an enclosed 800,000 s.f. shopping centre in multiple phases and replacing it with an outdoor centre and associated site works. Facilitated the movement of existing tenants from the former shopping centre into the new format without any downtime in their operation.
Enclosed Mall Target Portfolio
Determined the strategy and executed on the backfill of five former target locations that included multi-tenant solutions, major demolition and construction that added new common areas, vertical transportation, entrances and facades. Enclosed Mall Guelph, ON - West Expansion
Project planning, entitlement phase, municipal approvals, design and construction of a 50,000 sf expansion of Guelph Regional Shopping Centre, and redemise of 100,000 sf of existing interior GLA to accommodate two new large-non-major tenants, and multiple smaller CRU tenants.
